There are around 190 days in an academic year here in the UK. That’s 190 days that a teacher has taken care of your child and educated them. Imagine that. 190 days of being responsible for a child who isn’t your own! Not only that, but also probably 20, possibly even 30 other children all at the same time! This deserves a bit of appreciation in my book.
So, the end of the summer term is rapidly approaching, only 3 weeks to go for us! After around 190 days of the academic year we all know what the teachers will be doing on that Friday evening when they get home. Shoes off, kicking back and pouring themselves a nice drink of…
Now hang on a moment, I know right now we’re all imagining a wine or Gin bottle opening here, Lord knows that’s what most of us like to do at the end of a difficult day! However, some schools aren’t so keen on you sending your child to school with a big bottle of red!
So, what’s the next perfect gift? Tea!
Teacher Tea Gifts
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t know of a single teacher who doesn’t drink tea. In fact, I barely know of an adult in general who doesn’t drink tea! You really can’t go wrong.
Ok, hear me out, I’m not suggesting for one minute that you head out to Home Bargains and pick up a box of PG Tips. That doesn’t exactly scream “GIFT” does it? But these Teacher Tea Gifts by Victoria Mae Designs most certainly do!
My son is only in Nursery and so there are lots of staff working with the class. If you have, or have had a 3 year old you’ll know they need as many eyes on them as possible, its amazing how much a 3 year old can get up to when your back is turned! Because of this, I really struggled to find something that he could take in, as all the gifts I’ve seen were only suitable for one teacher. I didn’t want to have to remortgage the house just to afford all the many gifts I needed to buy, and I also didn’t want to leave anyone out as I appreciate what all of them do for my son.
I was absolutely delighted when Victoria Mae Designs came forward with this fantastic gift solution! Not only are they perfect as a gift for individual teachers, but also ideal to pop in the staff room for all the staff to help themselves at break time! The fact that Victoria Mae has given us a choice of paper gift packaging, gift box packaging or no gift packaging, makes it so much easier to give to a variety of class teachers. The collection is packed with fun teacher quotes, that only a teacher can relate to!
They even come in a selection of flavours including:
- English Breakfast
- Earl Grey
- Rooibos & Honeybush
- Indian Spice Chai
- Mint (spearmint)
- Jasmine Green
- Tea Cape Malay Chai
- Pure Peppermint
- Organic Green Tea
